If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Store credit on all sale returns. Final Sale on all items discounted 25% OFF or more.
Please note: Halloween costumes are not retunable.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Items that are damaged in any way- ie. smell smokey- will not be accepted for return.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please send an e-mail to info@jonahscloset.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions to return your package.
